Trevor Orr, a native of Dumas, Texas, begins his fourth season with the Southern Arkansas baseball program. After serving as a student assistant in 2005, Orr is in his third year as a graduate assistant coach, while working towards his master’s degree in kinesiology. He works primarily with the Mulerider infielders.

Orr played collegiate baseball at Lyon College in Batesville, Ark., an NAIA school, from 1999 until 2002. A three-year letterman, Orr was a student assistant coach for one year at Lyon where he coached infielders. He graduated from Lyon in 2004 with a B.A. in history.
