MAGNOLIA, Ark. – Southern Arkansas Assistant Coach Justin Pettigrew has announced a summer baseball showcase that the Muleriders will hold on Saturday, June 14.

The showcase is designed to give high school students (grades 9-12) the opportunity to improve and display their talent and will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Mulerider Field and the SAU baseball facility. The showcase will include presentations, timed running, and defensive and hitting evaluations.

Cost for the showcase is $100 per participant and the fee will cover a lunch of pizza, a scrimmage, evaluations, and discussions on academics, admissions, clearing house, and the NCAA. The showcase is only open to the first 50 applicants and a $50 non-refundable deposit must be made by Saturday, June 7. The remaining $50 can be paid prior to the start of the showcase on June 14.
